Nicole R. Scott is a resident of the state of South Carolina. She is a retired Detroit Police Officer, an Army Veteran, with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, from the University of Michigan (Dearborn) and a MBA in Digital Entrepreneurship from Strayer University.
